Integration process adapted to our drivers at Transports Coué

⚡️ In order to welcome our new drivers in the best conditions, we have an integration process adapted to each one.

  • Presentation of the working environment.
  • Discovery of the company by visiting the different departments.
  • Distribution of an on-board manual.
  • Training in the use of pallet trucks.
  • Accompaniment on the road.

🤝 All of these actions are carried out during the first few days in the company to guide, support and listen to our employees from the moment they arrive.

For the smooth running of these integrations, we can count on our coordinator, Harold, and on our drivers Laurent, Damien, Jérôme and Gregory. ☺️

Transports Coué honors its employees with communication The people of Mayenne are remarkable

“Les Mayennais sont reMarquables !” The dynamism, creativity and attractiveness that this communication campaign inspired by the Departmental Council of Mayenne has won over our leader, François Coué. He saw the opportunity to put our teams in the spotlight, enhance their functions and highlight the Road Transport professions!

And what better communication medium than the tarpaulins of our semi-trailers 🚛 !

We let you discover among our Coué highlights, the Mayenne people in video 🎥 on our trucks, in a pose imagined and designed by Julian Legendre, Artistic Director, highlighting each in their function!

These new trucks will now travel the roads of France, promote Mayenne, our Coué teams and the various road transport trades for the next 10 years!

The Ministry of Ecological Transition, in its post-Lubrizol plan, has reinforced the requirements for the storage of flammable 🔥 and combustible liquids, especially in logistics warehouses.

One of the next obligations ❗️ will be to be able to provide the precise status of hazardous materials stored zone by zone by 2022.

📆 We did not wait until 2022, and have already implemented the software packages to respond in real time for the safety of our staff “and the goods” of our customers.
